Hourly Rate:
Basic rate is a low $80.00 with a one half hour minimum. Rates are billed thereafter in 15 minute increments.
Common Tasks:
Computer rebuilding (Reinstall OS, basic programs and updates) range from 120.00 to 180.00, depending on the computer speed and the availability of the original installation discs.
Flat Rates:
Flat rates can be negotiated for larger, time-intensive work such as server installs, wiring projects, or office wide upgrade and replacement projects.
Monthly Service Agreements:
For many, the best choice is the flat rate monthly maintenance contract. Surprisingly modest rates for 1 to 4 hours of support per month are easy on the budget and remove any possibility of putting off a call for help because of costs. Support is readily available when you need it, allowing little problems to be taken care of before they become large ones. You have an I.T. department!
